Spreedly, the world’s leading open payments platform, and BLOX Digital, the news industry’s premier digital publishing and content management platform, announced today an expanded collaboration that builds on the success of their existing relationship. To date, results include a decrease of up to 50% in new customer churn for news sites using BLOX Digital’s suite of solutions.

The partnership further enhances the payment capabilities available to BLOX Digital’s vast network of news content management customers. The Premium Credit Card Management solution stores credit card tokens for easier and more successful customer renewals. Additionally, BLOX Audience+ customers with Premium Credit Card Management can leverage a new backup gateway feature, which avoids downtime and increases top-line revenue.

“The results speak for themselves. In addition to offering even more value to the over 2,000 news sites we support, we have also seen a marked 50% decrease in customer churn customers using Premium Credit Card Management,” commented Bridget Sibthorp-Moecker, Director of Audience at BLOX Digital. She added, “With our ongoing technology investments, we are creating an even greater customer experience. Our ongoing partnership with Spreedly is just one example of our commitment to delivering the best tools for our customers. With this expanded integration, we can offer even more seamless and secure payment experiences, helping our clients maximize their revenue and improve customer satisfaction.”

“This long-term partnership with BLOX Digital exemplifies Spreedly’s commitment to ensuring seamless payment operations for end users in the digital media sector. By providing tailored solutions, we continue to meet the evolving needs of digital publishers and enhance their ability to offer a smooth, reliable payment experience,” said Tyler Hodgins, Senior Director, Client Services with Spreedly.
